Non-profit work
Non-profits are businesses too. Part of our desire to have an impact on the community involves working with and serving these community-focused organizations, forming them and creating company documents on how the organization will be managed, on the protection of its brand and IP, and how it contrasts with others. We also help non-profits understand the unique legal and financial obligations they have as a non-profit whose operations must follow to obtain and maintain their status as a tax-exempt organization.
We give back to our communities in a variety of ways, such as participating in non-profit organizations’ fundraising activities. We also contribute time and skills to a variety of community projects to ensure that these organizations remain true to their mission, and operate in the public interest.
